Here I am in the wee, small hours of the morning, keeping vigil with monks and others who watch and wait.
ReplyDeleteMy insomnia manifests as being able to sleep for 4-5 hours, and then being wide awake. In some ways, I treasure the quiet time. But it does lead to some exhaustion during the day.
I'm tired. I'm up in the middle of the night thinking, too.
